My dad's 2000 M6 vette had the same issue with the column lock. Left us stranded in a mall parking lot. Had to flatbed it to the dealer. If Reedman is not treating you right, give Paterson Chevrolet a call and have them take care of it. They have a great Corvette tech over there that did all the warranty work and maintenance work to my dad's vette.
