try a toothpick, or shop around for duplicolor's touch up kit. comes with 3 grades of small sand paper, paint prep, paint, and clearcoat. its best for stone chips, larger scratches, but will work on anything. you have to follow the directions to the letter and take your time, but itll come out looking like factory paint.
