For the winter(or most of the time)a 5W-30 would help it START easier in very cold weather. Also most RACE OILS are not meant to be used for EVERYDAY driving. A better choice would be MOBIL 1 Synthetic Oil or my favorite is Royal Purple Synthetic 5W-30, which has been proven to get an extra 2-3 horsepower(has been featured and tested in HOT ROD magazine).
