carfax wouldnt know if it was an SS, they were just converted Z28's in 96-97 IIRC. also the only thing SS about it is the hood and air box, its got 97 Z28 rims, no ss spoiler, the emblems are in the wrong place on the front fenders, just a z28 with a hood and SS badges
