So what youre saying is that u werent 100% sure that it was a 3.23 rear? and no offense, but theres no way you could swap rears in 20 mins. ive been thru a few rears in my time, and even with air tools, it would take longer than that.

Are you spinning at the line at all. If not, then I wouldn't spend the money on tires just yet until you need them.
