that is something that isn't too unusual with LSx engines. they make broad torque curves, but not huge peaks. they were mostly designed and work with higher hp numbers and long power curves.
too bad all engines aren't like that old poncho you have in your driveway, all torque and low rpm
makes keeping good tires on teh car tough, but it sure is fun to drive. hehe
