As far as I know 94 and on is adjustable through the PCM. 93 autos need the gear change in the trans. and 93 manuals need a calibration box like SLP use to sell. The Dakota Digital box is also used with good results. This all applies to the 4th gen V8, I don't know about any other model. It may apply to the 93 Y body as well.
