I was hired on the spot on Wed 12/26 at NJM Insurance Group as an account manager. There were 18 people interviewed before me and I was the only one hired. There needs to be 7 more positions filled before I can go to training *they want to send us as a group*. I am expected to start early-mid Feb but no later then March 3rd. I will initally be dealing with just auto insurance but I will be trained later on for home owners insurance as well. Not really sure on what I wanted to do yet, so I guess this is a start. Money is pretty good for being fresh out of college....I am working M-F 1230-9pm, and bc its a 2nd shift, I will receive an additional 15% in my salary.
Looks like I'll be hitting the track on weekends now
(thats the only down-fall)
