I know the 4bbl carb wasn't working properly on the SS396 and I think it has only opened the secondaries 2 or 3 times in the past 2800 miles. So I took the vacuum pod off to check all the linkage and vacuum port to make sure things were moving properly. I also cleaned out the vacuum port and made sure that little o-ring gasket wasn't blocking the flow. So I took it out for a drive since it was still nice out after the Giants victory. The 4bbl is definitely opening up now!
Although traction is now an even bigger problem...
