Well, it is the Customer Assistance Center.
We have an area that handles the "escalated calls" such as customer service etc..... then we have basic calls such as roadside related (flat tire, jump start tech questions etc.)
We closed once..... for a couple hours... back on 9/11.
Other than that...... never close.....I expect tomorrow to suck as there will be people calling out and many mercedes people out with sport tires and thinking that those are fine in snow
