I use Windex and hot water. I soak the parts in hot water over night, then take them out and Windex them. Then I dry them with paper towels and let them hang again over night. Also another trick I read was putting your spray paint in warm water over night before you spray. I set up a little spray booth in my basement as well with hooks so I can hang things and rotate the plates.
