i don't see any dealership selling at least the first several months at sticker. it took the dealerships 3 years to figure out that not everyone is willing to pay thousands over sticker for a "market price adjustment" on the GTO and it wasn't half as anticipated as the new Camaro.
the first model year is also planned to be a ramp up production run, which means those who want and have the most to spend will be the ones that the dealerships will be picking off first.
hell, look at what some of the bigger chevy dealers have already sold the right to order a camaro for. i have heard up to 15k just for the right to order the damn thing, that is nuts.
not saying i agree with screwing over buyers like this, but it isn't illegal and GM has shown no signs of stopping the practice on any other models, so i doubt they are going to suddenly start
