The no haggle pricing structure is built in to the contract. Im not sure how Saturn gets around it exactly, but its working and Saturn's customers enjoy the lack of hassle and usuall sleezeball salespeople they deal with when buying cars.
I recently visted a few dealers, all makes, and the Saturn dealer was by far the least shark in the water out of all of them. There werent 10 of them sitting outside, smoking cigs, waiting for blood...

but it also irritates people like my father who want to haggle because they are good at it and like to argue.
