your absolutely right. but i havent even talked to a lawyer yet so im just going to have to wait and see what happens.
and to answer the other questions... i had a few (3-4) beers, had my friend drive home from closter which is roughly an hour ride. he droped matt of then went and droped himself off.
i was about 100-200 feet away from my house and i told the cop it would be delightful if he would just let me walk home and leave the car for the morning but...he was a young cop. therefor he just had to make sure he got his dwi. he wasnt to happy when i only blew a .06 tho
