So basically an employee totaled the car, insurance is only paying out 40k, and the guy is trying to scam her into accepting the insurance payout, not suing, having her sign the car over to him, he takes out the "mods", installs them on a new car that she has to pay for, and he get to make money parting whats left of the car out.
