If you read the Classifieds Rules, they explain that you are not able to post in the Classifieds section until you either have 50 posts (without post-whoring) or until you have been a member for 6 months. This is to help prevent scammers from taking advantage of our members.

Please don't post any wanted / for sale items else where on the site.
