we had made a tool years back i have not thought about it in a very long time < i looked could not find in shop - but if you have access to a Lathe you can make one - its a block of round steel that presses over the crank end just enough so it has no play and you can get it back off - and it has a pilot drilled .3860 < a W drill bit for taping the hole 7 /16 fine the pilot length was around 2 inches long and that is used as a guide for the drill - go slow and use lots of cutting oil and than tap it with a tapping block against snout for a factoy finish look good luck -- jz
