They need seat bracket's and sliders also. When all was said and done it was around $500.00 shipped tohe door for everything. Only thing that kinda sucks about them (and most aftermarket seats) is they sit like 2-3 inches higher, which isn't bad once you get used to it, but if you like that low slung, laying down feeling of the stock seats you will have to modify the slider brackets to get them lower and then you may run into clearance issues with the console and shoulder belt. I hated the seat height at first then I drove a couple of miles and realized it was ALOT more comfortable, and a whole hell of alot easier to get in and out of, even if it felt a little wierd being able to see the whole hood. I also wouldn't recommend them if you are like 6'3".
