Well that whole area (Marshalls Creek, Tannersville, East Stroudsburg) is always horrible with traffic. 80 in general is horrible with traffic. When I travel, I travel non-peak hours/days. I can't stand sitting in traffic. Then again, who can. Other then traffic, it's a nice area.
