Just be careful with new construction. The majority of the have very poor craftsmanship. Just becasue its new does not make it better. They just dont build house's like they used too. I have quite a few freinds that bought new construction and have lawsuits against the contractors that built them becuase of the numerous problems with there homes with everthing from cracks in the walls, gaps in the floors, poor fitting doors and so on.
