Budget? And don't use capacitors. you don't need them, there just a bandaid for a bigger problem. If your car can't handle the voltage: 1. Big Three 2. Optima Battery 3. H.O. Alt.. I;d check out Audioque, AA (Ascendant Audio), and Fi.
