im gonna say road rage on that scenario but if he bumped you and kept going then its game on. Pull some COPS stuff, a nice pick maneuver or maybe get him loose nascar style( maybe shake n bakes slingshot maneuver haha) then pull him out of his car and proceed to let him know he picked the wrong day to shave a few seconds off his travel.....theoretically speaking of course
