If you live in a mountainous area, tho it is fun to cruise around in a manual down the streets, when you come to a stop sign and your on an incline and you just happen to have someone about 4 inches from your bumper, yeah it sucks. My uncle lives in the black hills in South Dakota, and in their junkyards, theres alot more manuals cause people dont wanna drive them, they're too much of a pain. same thing goes for living in the city, all that stop and go, especially in traffic. But for the most part, in areas aof flatness, and rural, less traffic-like area's, like where I live, a manual is doable, and not a burden. Oh and as for the Chevelle, M-22 all the way.
