Rental is on for 4/18, 1 lane, glued to 1/8 mile. Total due for each car is $110, assuming we get the full 20 cars. I am posting it and keeping track of attendance here..

The best way to do in lieu of putting down a large deposit, will be to have EVERYBODY send me a check or money order for $110, with the understanding that if we do not get the full 20 cars, the difference will be due the day of the rental. The TOTAL due for the rental is dependant on car count, so if there are only 15 people, the total due will be $1500 (1 lane) + $300 (prep) + $150 (add'l 3 people after 12) = $1950 each person will have to pay an add'l $20 ($1950/15 = $130)

I will need payment NO LATER THAN 4/9 (wed of the week prior), preferably asap. Everybody will get a full refund in the event we decide as a group not to hold the rental due to low count.
