mon-chest,abs
tues-legs,cardio
wed-back,abs
thurs-arms,shoulders,cardio
fri-drinkin in a bar
sat-cardio and more drinkin
sun-a day of rest
plenty of dieting, water, and protein snacks/shakes. it works for me. though i just worked out for the first time in 98 days because license was suspended. can't wait to be sore.
