Mon. Chest/back
Tues- shoulders/arms
Weds- Legs
Thrus- Basketball
Fri- Arms
Sat- Chest/lower back
Sun- Shoulders
While I know it looks like I'm overtraining, I'm young, heal fast, and I'm used to working hard.
