i was having a discussion the other day about inner city youth. it got started with the statement that common sense isn't so common these days. we wound up all over the place, but to keep it simple for here, it comes down to kids aren't being taught properly by their parents. why were they doing in excess of 100 mph on the Skyway, of all places?

probably because no one told them it was a bad idea.
