I just can't imagine how much 'random crap' there could be before I wonder if the car's really safe or not. I know right now my Jeep won't pass an MVC inspection because the tires stick out beyond the fender flares...but that's it. No cracks in the windshield, the brakes work, the lights and signals all work. The biggest hurdle in my eyes in the emissions test. Is this what you're most concerned with? If so, you should be alright as long as you're not blowing smoke and your catalytic converter (You know, the one you're gonna buy
) is alright. Oh, and no leaks. Tighten everything from the manifolds back.
