If you're looking to race the car then I would skip the Powerdyne. I ran a Powerdyne 4.5 for almost 5 years with no problems on my old 93 LT1 but it looks like you'll be pushing a built combo so I doubt it would hold up. I would lean towards the ATI P1SC or D1SC self contained head units. From that point, you can do anything you want regarding intercooler or not. Is your trans and rear well built up? Because they will not hold up to the extra power very well.
