I like the Procharger (ATI) or Vortech units, they have the best reputation for performance and dependability. Even though you're looking at lower boost numbers, don't buy the smallest unit, it's better to move up a size and spin the SC slower. As a centrifugal SC reaches it max RPMs/Boost potential, the efficiency drops, so you are better off spinning a bigger sc slower then spinning a smaller one faster. That said, for ATI I would look at a D1 or Vortech (I think the Vortech unit is now called the V2 is the model - use to be the T-trim?).
I prefer the SC's with external oiling, others prefer the self contained. I don't think one is better over the other, more personal preference.
For the intercooler, you have allot of options, Air~Air requires more area, water~air are smaller units, using remote tanks, but to me are a bit of a pain having to drain water and add ice between rounds. Then there are chemical intercoolers: water/meth injection, or even a small shot of Nitris.
I'm running a 3-core air~air that I mounted in the front. Below is a pic while we were mocking it up. I removed all the plastic from the front and have a grill covering it. Eventually I'll have fans mounted to push air through it for when I'm sitting at the line. I'm sure you could something similar with a 3rd gen.
