I put some poly-fill in my sail panels then put in some Infinity 6x9's. If you got some good 6x9's and an amp you could get them to sound pretty good. Not sure how much bass your looking for tho. Most of the Sub tubes I've seen were self powered. All you needed was Power, Ground, Remote and RCA's. Or you could get a Truck box, there meant to fit behind the bench in a truck so the dimensions are smaller, you would just have to check the specs on the sub so you can match the sub to the box.
