Engine was rebuilt so i assumed he switched over to dexcool. No A/C in the car, but the fans are hotwired to stay on all the time. Coolant looks like its circulating fine when you have the radiator cap off, so i don't know if it's the waterpump. after i flushed it you could hear the air bubbles and the temperature would shoot up so i burped it and got them out. it slowly goes up, but i thought it would stop, but just kept going and going.
