I know how gas stations and businesses work. Many of my customers own stations. Im just saying it is against the card holder agreement to bump the prices up. Hell, until 1984 there was a Federal Law prohibiting it (Truth-in-Lending Act). Visa and MC to this day prohibit bumping the prices. AMEX frowns upon it if the business still takes Visa and MC and Discover allows it except for the few states that have laws against it.
