it's not the same as a normal voip
you plug it into a USB port then plug your phone into it and call through the computer it costs 40 bucks for the first year where other's such as skype/vonage charge 40.00 a month my buddy bought one off a tv add and it is surprisingly good I recommend going back and reading the entire article
This thing is going to put regular land lined phone services and other voip's out of business in a year or 2
