My z28 failed inspection for tires and a blinker light. lol. but thats not the problem. i just bought a beater....92 beretta.....and i know it will pass emissions but i have a cracked in the windshield thats gonna fail...i dont have the money
for a windshield right now so i was wondering if anyone knew an inspection place that would be a little forgiving on the visual inspections???
