as a gun toting angryman (legal carry or not) I can safely say its pretty goddam hard to fire off 5 shots into a vehicle and hit and kill someone .I know gums and I know them real well. especially when ur supposedly being dragged by said vehicle, well see what the stormtroopers video has to say about the whole thing, most cops seem to forget their being recorded constantly.
