If you're going in as a freshman, learn the bus schedule and make good use of it. Rutgers is a great school as long as you enjoy the big university feel of it. Personally, I loved it, but only once I transfered into Mason Gross, because it was a small art school feel with the giant university benefits. Freshman classes like bio and chem are killer at rutgers. just be forewarned.
Luckily, I'm going into the School of Arts and Sciences. Since I only have to take one science for my Gen-ed requirements. My major has nothing at all to do with science or math. I'm lucky.
My classes for the fall:
Intro to Human evolution
Math for Liberal Arts
Law and Politics
Expository Writing
Then two one credit courses.
