Well another wonderful day with little progress. I pulled the master and prop valve off the car, everything works great on the bench, not bind nothing, nice and smooth. With it bolted back in the car and the lines to the individual wheels still disconnected it works fine, moves fluid, no bind. Hook the brake lines up to it, binding?

I had the propvalve all torn apart looking for debris or something, no problems there.

after bench bleeding and re-installing the master and propvalve, i bled the rear brakes, the pedal sill binding in the same spot, plenty of fluid moving though.

When i bled the fronts, the pedal would go full motion as long as the bleeder was open. Finished up with the fronts and now the pedal seems to move properly, but will not go to the floor, not sure if its supposed to.

I pulled the car out of the garage and i have a lot more pedal travel, but no pedal feel, guess i need to bleed more, but i might be getting somewhere. Its break time, so i'll see where i get later.
