i bled them again, gravity for a while and pumping a bit. So as of now im right back where i started. the brakes work, but only 1" of pedal travel.

and now the brainfart.... How much vacuum do you need at idle for power brakes to work? i just checked it and im only making 10lbs, doesnt seem like much.
