Bars/clubs there are lots of places, though not as many as even a few years ago. Leggets (217 First Avenue 08736) in Manasquan used to be a good place to go, Jenkinsons in Point on the boardwalk is ok, kind of big though - I like Martell's down the boardwalk more. The Norwood Inn in Avon (618 2nd Ave 07717) can be fun on the right night, as can the The Sandbar in Brielle (201 Union Lane 08730). I hear the Boathouse on Main St in Belmar is pretty good. BA is on 16th in Belmar near the train tracks - another big bar. Then there is the Headliner on Rt 35 in Neptune
