Good question...
HVMC: New has it, old it was an OPTION. This doesn't have it, although it does have what I guess would be called is a velocity spike.
Polishing: New has it standard, old wasn't even offered. Just plain jane stainless.
Clearance: AFAIK it was the same/very similar. I know in addition to these I have installed another set on a friends car about 4 years ago, and they went in like butta'!
EGR: Same spot on 98-00. Absent on 01-02.
AIR: Same on 98-99, different on 00-02.
Race versions: Offered on both old and new. This was originally an '02 set, but the fittings blew off. Stainless 1"x1" plates were welded over. No leaks but not purchases this way. I have no emissions stuff so I sold my emissions pacesetters and grabbed these. HTH.
