it has to violate some law, noise pollution or something. or does bound brook have noise ordinances? get a pen and paper and write down the time of day when you most hear these people...then call your local police department, tell them what you told us and the times you hear them. they will do something like start patrolling that area. and if you REALLY hate it get alot of people in your town together and go to the town hall to complain and they will make a town ordinance.

i love loud music but i hate people who dont turn it down and are considerate to other people...hope this helps.
