I never said it wasn't okay to blast music elsewhere, but just don't do it in a heavily populated area of housing. I don't need to hear some one's music. But you can disagree with me now about the loud music making you go deaf, but just don't say I didn't warn you. If you keep it up, you might as well not wear ear plugs when you go to see concerts.
