Ah struck a nerve..
I used to live in chester, pa for almost 30 years. I just moved out almost 3 weeks ago to more up scale place, for many reasons. One which you are having the problem with now. I have a decent plasma with a 1000 some watt 7.1 surroud and I couldn't even watch a movie with how loud peoples car stereo's are. I couldnt wait to get out of that **** hole.
