			If you don't beat on the car all that much you're fine with a poly mount...especially in a 6cyl.
 As for doing the motor mounts....easy job.  Put the car on ramps, remove the motor mount through bolts (2 of them), use a cherry picker to raise the engine off the mounts 2 or 3 inches, remove old mounts and replace with new ones.  Drop engine back in place and reinstall bolts.  Afternoon job.
