Yep, my wife and I were there for our honeymoon 6 years ago and they are ALL over the place! We saw some pretty wild ones on the roads there.

If I lived in lower Manhattan or some other extremely crowded space where parking is a nightmare, I'd consider it. Otherwise, they make no sense. Imagine driving a Smart car 70mph down the Turnpike next to a tractor trailer!
