Well, it stated in the ad that this would be done:
Title type is S - Salvage and will be converted to R - Reconditioned on title Transfer.. The Vehicle will receive a full PA inspection and Title Transfer to the new owner is Included at no additional cost to the buyer. Once this is done in PA, the title will transfer over in NJ as a clean title. Therefore, no full inspection in NJ and no hassles. Ask me how I know.
