it's not the unit body "frame" that gets changed, it's just a little extra support here and there and the right attach points for the suspension you plan to install so that it moves like a factory-installed part that matters. i am sure you are thinking about another company that accepts the dynacorn body and does all of the modifications to it, but i read that dynacorn can do the same thing before it leaves their factory. i think i'd trust it a little more if it was done all at the same time rather than piece-meal. sending it out to whoever to get the job done. to each his own, though.
