Get a game going where it's dealer choice of game. Play 5 or 7 card stud, the cross, guts, 3 on the board and 2 in the hand or make certain cards wild. If you can get 6, 7, or 8 people to play and have each person bring something(chips/doughnuts/soda)and keep the buy in around $1.00 per pot you might have a friendly game. You'll need several decks of NEW cards and a good supply of playing chips. You could have a .25-.50-$1.00 and $5.00 chip. Then have everyone at the start of the game buy like $50.00 worth of chips. No smoking is a good rule because of 2nd hand smoke is not too cool for those of us who do NOT smoke. If you want to supply coffee or snacks, as the host you can usually take a $1.00 or more(from some of the larger pots)to cover the cost. Usually a Saturday night is best. Start around 9:00 pm and wrap it up around 1:00 or 2:00 am. Just my
