Sales are down for 400 reasons I can spout off right now.
Lack of accountability, and total helplessness of every single person that works there. Combine that with the average age of the people there being 85, and you have a stuborn people that are stuck in thier ways and it will take NEW BLOOD in management to get that fixed.
But that wont happen. Everyone's elses sales are up per person, but everyone keeps re'tire'ing at a rate of one per month.
Right now, allw e have are John, Jim, Ron, and Me. 4 man squad with a 3 million dollar Auto center, with two managers, one who couldnt help himself out of a paper bag and the other one so tired of this **** that he is ready to shoot someone.
